We ordered over $40 worth of sides for small gathering. We ordered ahead by over 5 hours. And got NO sauce. It comes with sweet and sour sauce. We even asked for it. So embarrassing!!!

Worst experience ever in my life at Panda Express no one responds properly. I have placed an order and I payed for that and then the people at the counter said that they are out of everything such a bad way to deal with a customer. Worst store I had ever seen in my life. Better you guys learn some manners and talk to the customer properly and try to resolve the situation. After this experience I will never ever come to your store or recommend anyone to go there.

This lady ruined my experience of ever coming to Panda Express. I asked for a water cup and while eating my food I went up to the soda machine and you know how there’s lemonade attached to the water nozzle? Well I pressed the lemonade one not realizing it because I was on the phone(FaceTime) and had taken a sip realizing it wasn’t water and she just appears from behind me and threatens to call the police if I don’t pay $2.49 immediately?!?! I told her I made a mistake and she said “nah you took a sip that will be $2.49” very Rudely and unprofessionally. She called me out as if I did something wrong or stole in front of all the other customers that were inside. I was embarrassed and shocked that I would be treated in such a way. Especially in a fast food establishment. She was very loud and even took it to the extent of “following me out to my car and taking my license plate number to file a police report” ONE SIP, and it wasn’t even intentional. No warning, no correction, invaded my personal space, and was very rude. I will be taking this further and filing a complaint with corporate for her unprofessional manners and rude comments.
