Chipotle Mexican Grill

I just had a terrible experience at this location. I brought my food home and there was a clump of hair in it. I tried to get my money back through the help line and they denied me. Ridiculous and disgusting.

A got a bowl and chip with guacamole

I also got a berry lemonade and it was so diluted it tasted like nothing. The bowl barely had meat. So disappointed for spending 22 dollars. Not worth it.

Wife found an approx. coiled 10cm piece of wire in her bowl this evening. I called first, however the endless loop of automation doesn't get you to anyone.

And the Owner replies with a generic Chipotle help link. No thanks, i'll be reaching out to the Dept. of State Health Services at this point. This establishment doesn't take safety seriously or anything according to reviews.

Got there about 20 minutes before closing, but they still had hot fresh food for my order, including having to get more white rice. Very pleasant.

Advice I can give anyone who orders from here is check your food. Every single time I’ve ordered from here never fails but I’m missing something. Just disappointing considering I really like chipotle.

I don’t understand it? Like I want you guys to explain it to me- how is that even possible???

You guys just have all your food sitting out with no warmers on? Cold chicken, cold rice? Rice retains heat- easy fix make sure it’s hot- problem solved….

You guys are the only place on the planet that thinks it’s ok to serve ice cold tacos to a paying customer.

The customer service here SUCKS! They were throwing my food and the attitudes were horrible! They served us UNDERCOOKED RICE and FROZEN CORN! Just bypass this location!! They need a visit from the health department!!!

I ordered a bowl from Chipotle online and when I opened it, it was almost empty. The portion size was ridiculously small compared to what I usually get in-store. For the price, it’s frustrating to feel like I barely got half a meal. If I wanted a kid-sized bowl, I would’ve ordered one. Definitely disappointing, especially since I was looking forward to it.

Oh my, the food is sooooo very good! Staff was super nice and place was so clean. Idk what the deal is with all these restaurants in Ft Worth but they all seem to play the music sooo loud, it's good music but can't hear yourself think let alone talk. Highly recommend.

Very stingy with the guac I did a mobile order and hardly had any guac and that fact is is almost 3 is ridiculous.

This location is the worse in customer service. We typically go there at night and no matter the day the staff always seems to have an attitude. I have gone so long without saying anything but it’s ridiculous to spend $75-$100 every time I visit (we have a large family and have Chipotle at least 3-4x a month) and this is the treatment we receive. If it weren’t for my teenagers loving chipotle and this location being 3 mins from my house, I’d never visit again.
