Every single Time I order from this restaurant the food and presentation is absolutely horrible. The serving size is pitiful even if you pay for extra they give you half scoops of everything! The bowl is always sloppy and dis proportioned. This time i got more sour cream and corn than actual rice and protein

The employees at this location are tentative and have great customer service. I was acknowledged within 2-3 minutes of arriving for my pick up order. Another employee acknowledged me shortly after to make sure I have been helped. Their food is great and I will definitely be visiting this location again soon.

The ladies working the front line at 6:30 on 1/6 had a terrible attitude, lacked basic customer service, and serve significantly smaller portions than usual. When I asked for extra lettuce, one of them literally added three shreds—yes, three. The rest of the portions were also extremely skimpy, even by today’s Chipotle standards. Overall, a very disappointing experience with the ladies serving the protein and the vegetables.
My clients and I had the pleasure of meeting and dining at Chipotle Mexican Grill, and we were thoroughly impressed. The food was absolutely delicious! The ingredients were fresh, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. The restaurant itself was clean and inviting, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The service was prompt and efficient, and everyone seemed genuinely happy to be there.

Food and service was fine. Heater was set super high and it felt like it was over 80! I asked and the employees said they can't control it from the restaurant. It was unbearable just trying to eat our dinner. Please fix this

I came to order food in the evening, more than two hours before close. Three employees looked up at me, stared at me at the counter, then went back to their cellphones — all leaning against workspace where food would go. I waited for about three minutes as employees had loud personal conversations and scrolled on their phones before being helped.
Their manager had to come and take my order and make my food, all while she was explaining to her staff that a corporate rep may stop by any day in the coming week. This manager worked tirelessly to get my food to me, and they deserve a better staff.

First and foremost, I really like the food. Yes, sometimes it could be better, but over all, can't really complaint. The customer service level is earned based on how you interact with the workers. I use to work in Customer Service so I understand their frustration sometimes. In my Visit there was no lack of Customer Service skills. I personally think you have to treat others with respect and they will treat you the same way. This location hasn't given me no problems, I do recommend this location better than Hulen or Burleson locations as I do go over there sometimes

After I placed my order, I specifically asked for vinaigrette dressing, and the cashier responded with a nasty attitude, saying they didn’t have it. Frustrated, I asked someone else for help, which made the first girl go to the back to retrieve the vinaigrette. I then asked for another one for my daughter, who was too nervous to ask herself because of how rude the cashier had been. The cashier flat-out refused, saying she couldn’t give me any more. I insisted it was for my daughter, who felt uncomfortable after that awful interaction.
I called for the manager to address the situation, hoping for some understanding. Instead, the manager took the cashier’s side immediately and they both started teaming up against me! This place has the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. The manager was even more rude, telling me to get out! I wouldn’t recommend this establishment to anyone. If a customer is willing to pay extra for dressing, why lie about it? Absolutely ridiculous! I give this place a terrible rating, all because of the horrible staff.

Very disappointed in my recent visit today the staff seems to be very young and unprofessional. Even when I asked to speak to a manager she seemed to be young as a well with no customer service skills.

I frequent this location in the last 3 or 4 times I've had nothing but horrible service. The people there are rude. They don't acknowledge you when you walk up most of the time. They will continue to talk or just straight, ignore you. They need to revamp the staff. That's there at nights. Because they do not value their job and I assume management is none existent here because this staff has been like this for months i won't spend my money here anymore cava or wingstop will be my go to places

Wish I could give one star. The staff is always rude and 3 of the last 4 times I brought a 13 dollar salad there was no dressing. Tonight the lady told me there is no dressing left for today. Which to me meant she didn't want to put any more in the little containers. I'm sick of the horrible customer service at this location and I will never be back.

I did order a 1/2 chicken and 1/2 steak bowl for pick up, they just put on my bowl 3 pieces of chicken. This is unacceptable.

Ordered through DoorDash and was extremely dissatisfied. I ordered 2 kids quesadillas with beans and rice. Only
One came with beans. Both came with a side of fruit but the fruit they gave us had gone bad.
