I had an on-line order , I order two bowls and a chicken burrito. And guess what? No meat on the chicken burrito, chips were half of the portion and no napkins or utensils.

Too much cross contamination with food items…meat in the beans & queso…cheese in the guacamole…if you have food allergies they wouldn’t care.The Asian man needs better customer service & retrained…or maybe hit up the Panda Express next door if you can’t meet the Chipotle standards. Very off putting ordering experience.

I should have looked at the reviews first before ordering. I ordered pickup and walk in the store. But some how I am invisible. And the pickup area is just clip boards and cleaning solutions. Out of 6+ associates/ managers. No one said hi. How can I help you. I had to inconvenience a shy associate to find my order. Just to get home from a 3 min drive to eat cold food.

I hate this is the location close to home everyone is always miserable and did quality is subpar, every location I’ve been to had better food and especially a happier staff than this place. If you don’t wanna be there why not find another job and the fact management has just let this go on is insane. I use to go to chipotle almost every night when I lived in downtown Fort Worth now I’ll done to burleson or Bryant Irving before coming here even though I live right behind it off McPherson. One of the biggest since buying my home is this chipotle as it is one of my favorite places to get food but this site is nothing sorry of TERRIBLE.

This location is the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. The serving sizes are SO small. I got a bowl and had to ask them for more of everything. The employees look miserable, I haven’t seen anyone smile in that place. Bad location, get it fixed. Got home and my food was freezing cold. (I live across the street lol). And why in the hell am I paying 14 bucks for a chicken bowl? Prices are crazy high.

Why do all the side options have jalapeños in it. This has not always been the case. Please get none jalapeños option because not everyone likes jalapeños in there food.

Chipotle is off my menu. I've seen a lot about people boycotting Chipotle and i understand why. With prices going up and online orders falling short in portion size of what you get indoors despite paying more. Hopefully chipotle will be changing or going out of business in the near future.

Overall disaster of a place, workers don't care about the orders, twice they didn't serve my online order correct and when I came on to get it fixed they said I would have to pay extra for the stuff they didn't put in the first place.And when they do get it, they serve you tiny portions of food, burritos half full and bowls served with a teaspoon. Don't order here unless you're ready to have a bad time.

Paid for double meat and received a burito the size of my kids meals. Paid the overly inflated prices and received half the meat that I was charged. There may be some dishes that are worth the price, but it's certainly not what I received. Over $20 for 4oz of meat, beans, and tortilla is robbery.
