For me the food was not good the waygu steak skewer was over cooked no seasoning and the skillet shrimp was overpowered by lemon thats all you could taste was the lemons. Service was good and a good atmosphere

FRANCISCO IS EXCELLENT!!!! He was so sweet and so attentive and he gave us an excellent Cabernet recommendation and you can tell he’s knowledgeable about wines!!! Thank you so much Francisco you’re the best!!!!

Francisco was incredible. 10/10 recommend Cru always. The Cabernet Sauvignon was perfectly dry and flavorful. Absolutely love!

Fun little place to get to try all sorts of wines. The flights are decent sized pours and very tasty. I only tried the charcuterie board but it was delicious. It was a little warm inside as they leave the doors open but it wasn't too bad. Overall I really enjoyed the experience

Extremely rude service. I came in for wine and a bite, was told I could sit anywhere and waited over 20 minutes. The waiter passed by multiple times without ever acknowledging me or taking my order so I ended up leaving

The ambience is fabulous. The service is exceptional. The food is spectacular. This is damn sure a place you don’t wanna miss come and enjoy. You won’t be disappointed from sitting outside on the gorgeous patio area to the fabulous cocktails and beautiful selection of wines for dates or just friends hanging out. You will love this place.❤️ thanks to the management. Staff are hiring wonderful waiters. He was just magnificent. Oh smiling, and enjoying serving us. 🍷

Excellent experience today!! It was our first time to this restaurant, walking around it had the best outside seating with umbrella's. I had a wonderful fig and arugula pizza, it happened to be my birthday. Laura, our server was so kind and gracious, we had a surprise birthday dessert. Perfect lunch for a beautiful day, even though I don't drink (random allergy in my 40s) it's a beautiful place with gracious hospitality and great food!

Went there for a specific bottle of wine they had on the website. Server said they have never had it there, nor any of the others on that page of the list, since he started working there 4 years ago. Service was slow, food was flat in flavor and gave me and my coworker stomach issues all night before a meeting the next morning. Just another example of why you don't patronize chain establishments. Face value is a vibey wine bar in a gentrified new construction multi use development. Execution is with franchise-esque disregard to quality, across the board.

Do not attempt to make a reservation with this restaurant. They will send an email confirmation request the day prior and give you one hour to respond. If you don't your reservation is canceled with no time to reserve another restaurant.

The chef is an awesome person !

We confirmed that we would be at the dinner via the open table app. After many years without facing parking issues, that was the first time we have seen the large parking lot full at the Clearfork shopping area. We arrived at the restaurant 9.5 minutes late because the parking lot was full. The CRU manager, Sam Aims, indicated he was aware of the parking problems that night, but still gave our table away without making any effort to contact us to ask if we were waiting for a place to park. We ate Valentine's dinner at the bar. The food and staff there were good, but celebrating there was a huge disappointment. To add insult to this situation, the manager apparently reported us to open table as a “no show” instead of updating that status, which can be proven with a time stamped dinner receipt. The manager's attitude about the situation made it a poor experience overall and makes us NOT want to eat there ever again.

The atmosphere is quiet and the service was fine. The food is just awful. Undercooked all dishes from the soup (cold), to crab cakes (cold), main courses are below average. If you're looking for wine and cheeses great place but if you're hungry for food absolutely find another place.
