Cracker Barrel is one of the most constant restaurant experiences around. ‘Thanks’ to all the great people there who make it happen everyday.
Andrew was our server today, but how do you run out of gravy for biscuits and gravy and country fried steak?? They actually asked twice if brown gravy would be okay since they were supposedly making some white gravy. No thanks! So they bring out a plate and said, you will have to wait on the gravy!! The server felt bad but this was not his fault. I saw him tell the mgr about this and he just turned and walked away.
