I received one of these as gift. It was shipped UPS. Perfectly packaged with appropriate sized box. A few styrofoam pieces. Covered with a not too tight cellophane wrap, with red poinsettia and Christmasy green ribbon. I was leery as I found ginger to be too sharp previously. Cut a small piece. Dark, moist, subtle not overwhelming comfortable rich taste of ginger. Not at all overpowering. The cake is very dense but a pleasure to eat. Very friendly and helpful! Even took our picture to create a fond memory for me and my mother in love. Also I like that there are many size options to order i.e. mini muffins, Bundt cake, loaf, etc.

I was given one of their cakes and it's incredible! I love gingerbread but I usually end up making my own because the store bought is never strong enough for me. This one was perfectly flavored! Rich, moist, and packed with molasses flavor. This is genuinely the best gingerbread I've ever been given.
