They don't pay attention enough to the customer. they are to busy trying to look cool.theyve messed up on my order twice .or just flat out rude. Other then that love the food.
The food is excellent but the manager Jessie is very rude. He also doesn't serve the add ons that I request for the blizzards I buy. Other locations always add the add ons that I request and pay for it. Manager at this location needs serious training in customer service.
The food was hot and fresh but the fries portion was skimpy. Not even a kid's size portion. Not sure why they would give so less maybe running low on stock. I would've got my money back but it was too far away and I don't live in the area. The customer service was excellent though. They smile and greet you.
