My experience was great. Quick and polite service. The hot fudge sundae I ordered had the lid on it sealed tight & didn't spill or have sticky sides. (We all know how rare that is for fast food!!) Was given extra napkins and didn't even have to ask. Loved the service. Will definitely come back!

Question for the owner...what time does this location close? According to google it is open until 9PM. We have attempted to drive through this location 3 times now - sometimes 30 mins before the store "closes" and have been completely IGNORED by the employees working. We tried to go last night at 8:40 and they would not look at us but we could see them through the glass laughing, which I thought was very inappropriate. I will never attempt to give this location business again, which is a shame because I live right down the street.

No complaints on the ice cream but I was unable to finish my food after two roaches joined us at our back table. We were there less than 10 minutes when they crawled down. I will definitely not be returning.

We ordered our food and ate at the picnic table. Waited to get ice cream till we were done eating. (We had a $65 food order)It was 8:50. They close at 9. We went to walk from the table to the door and they locked it. Still 10 minutes till close so we pulled the car to the drive through to order thinking they just locked the door. No they closed it too. Two other cars had to just leave also.

The burger they made for me was fine, the fries were the worst excuse for a piece of potato I have ever seen The fries were barely warm, basically cold and were brown and dry. I could have fried a whole potato straight from the ground and had a better experience eating that. Work on your food management. Learn when to throw away food and make a new batch.

we ordered food and after three other families got their food we still didn't get ours. So we talked to the manager to ask for our money back and the manager (Nicole) said no it hasn't been an hour yet and because it wasn't over $12. She would not give us their franchise number. She was very rude and would speak over us and walked away when we were talking to her. I would not recommend eating there ever!!!!

This little DQ is old, and small. It's just accros the street from the Ft Worth Texas children's museum. We had a great time. The people are nice. What more could you want?

Very rude and disrespectful little shits they threatened to kick us out as soon as we arrived. We walked in around 920pm and were greeted by a rude cashier that told us they were gonna kick us out in 15 mins our food tasted like crap had to throw my burger away this place is horrible guess we'll stick to braums!!!!

I really don't want to beat up these young workers. They are slow, so have some time when you drop by. They are pretty unorganized, maybe everyone's first day. Fair number of orders where wrong, could it be the cashier or order taker is not getting things down correctly...or her first day as well. The building is in need of a major facelift... but that can be said about most DQ's. No one from 'corp headquarters' is going to suggest a rehab of the place. Does a corporate office even exist anymore? Why did Bob Phillips of the not so famous, 'Texas Country Report' stop going to DQ? But at the end of the day, everyone got ice cream, shared some fries, and had an opportunity to admire the most bizarre wall 'art' that adorns any DQ in Texas.

Old building but clean inside. Staff was extremely nice & cleaning up after every customer, mopping, stacking napkins & checking bathrooms....very impressed. Nice to see hard workers....I should mention they were fast at taking my order and delivering my food to the table. Everything was delicious.

Slow, disorganized, unprofessional. This location is near my house so I give them a try again every few months, and every single time I'm disappointed. There is no one else in line inside or in the drive thru, yet it took over 15 minutes for me to get one single chicken strip basket.

Normally, I am pleased with this restaurant. Tonight, however, I visited after a meeting, pulling in at 9:30, only to be told it was closed. The website says closing time is 10:00. I had taken requests from my family and was looking forward to trying the new chicken fingers with honey barbecue sauce. Very disappointed.
