Everyone was very nice. The service started off strong and then just died. I was not asked if we wanted more drinks and I felt our check was rushed. We were celebrating and had a large party. Our waitress did tell us gratuity was already included. That’s a-shame we usually and would have tipped more. But this does explain service expectations. We would go back even though we prefer the Hulen location.

I would not support a location run by a manager who lives here life around teenage gossip and can't maintain good servers. When ownership removes her and the negative drama, I am 100% certain this location will improve. It's tough because the food is good. Again due to certain staff the food quality struggles.
Nella did a great job! She’s very attentive, fast, sweet, & helpful. Amazing service! Will be back.

We visited on a busy Saturday night during Father’s Day weekend, and while it was clear the restaurant was understaffed, the team handled things as well as they could. Our server was working hard and seemed to have tables all over the restaurant, so I don’t fault him at all for some delays.
What really stood out was the manager, I think her name was Megan, who was clearly paying close attention to the dining room despite how busy things were. She proactively stopped by our table to check on our experience and immediately took ownership when we mentioned that we’d been out of water for nearly 20 minutes, my mother-in-law wanted a glass of ice, and several members of our party were still waiting on more lobster soup. She even offered to clear away empty dishes and glasses to make the table more comfortable, and we jokingly told her only if she brought us another round.
Rather than passing the issue along or making excuses, she personally stepped in to make things right. Less than 10 minutes later, she returned with three lobster soups, three Maple Old Fashioneds (which I highly recommend!), fresh, chilled jugs of water for the table, and a genuinely positive attitude. Her quick response, attention to detail, and willingness to jump in wherever needed turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a great example of customer service recovery.
That kind of hands-on leadership made a lasting impression. Even on one of the busiest weekends of the year, she ensured guests felt seen, heard, and taken care of. Thanks to her initiative and commitment to service, we left feeling valued and will definitely be back.

Came in here at 6 pm on a Monday while 9 months pregnant and they said the wait would be 30 minutes, which is fine but the front hostess was extremely rude. My friend was able to make reservations online at 6:15 but they wouldn’t accept it, even though there were so many empty tables. We were finally seated but NA drinks took 20 minutes to come out, we waited over an hour for soup and 30 minutes for the check. The food was good but it was such bad service that I will probably never be back.

First time here. Place is clean, very clean (we ce Sunday at 1:15pm) . Staff was super friendly, and they looked like they enjoy there work, it showed in there smile. The meatballs where delicious, the pizza’s where great, I liked most of them. They had a good selection for my wife that is vegan, and happy wife, means happy husband later 😀. The pizza desserts where awesome. Our favorite was the guava one and the dulce de leche also. Bathroom where very clean also. Will definitely be back and bring relatives when in town.

I have been to this location 2 times in the last month. Each time we had a party size of at at least 10 people. We came in on Saturday 5/30/26 and again on Thursday 6/4/26. Each time the service was horrible. On Saturday the restaurant wasn't even crowded and they ran out of pizza before serving our entire table each time they would come around with pizza. We had first timers with us who stated they wouldn't return. The only good experience we had was the bartender Dominic, he was very friendly and made excellent drinks.
On Thursday 6/4/26 we came in with a book club as we usually end our book club meeting at Deluccas each quarter . Again the service was horrible and we had people in our party who do not eat pork but that was the only pizza they kept bringing out
We also had a vegetarian at the table who is a regular at Deluccas but she wasn't pleased at all. The manager is not very friendly and doesn't seem to care about the customer service going down hill. I should have didy review about new years eve. That night was a disaster as well. Hopefully the regional manager will see this and take necessary action to turn it around before it's too late.

Nutella desert pizza was the best but took forever to come around because they kept using all of their supply on a larger party that was seated neglecting the smaller parties

I had high hopes for this location. We love the southlake location and when this one opened in our neighborhood we were thrilled. We’ve been there quite a few times. The manager Caterina is not very nice. The pizza at this location a lot of times is overcooked. A lot of times we were completely missed when they were taking the pizzas around and this was on multiple occasions. My take out order was completely missed and I had to wait for the pizzas and show my order email.
I’ll stick with the southlake location. It’s a shame the management needs to change because with poor management the restaurant will fail.

I've been to their Southlake location, and this place is a bit bigger. It was pretty quiet when I went – only a few tables were occupied around 4 on a Sunday afternoon. The pizzas were super fast, straight from the oven! They all had the same crust, and you'll find some offerings you won't see anywhere else. I loved the garlic picanha, it was my favorite besides the usuals. The Nutella dessert was fantastic!
My husband and I accidentally stumbled upon this pizza place on our way home and the plan was to get take out as both of us were not in the mood to dine in. As we walked in, Jerry by bar welcomed us and immediately we told him we just wanted to grab a pizza and leave. However he informed us of the “all you can eat” pizza option and how it was popular with many customers and immediately we were sold! They had a great selection of pizzas (both savoury & sweet) and Jerry made the whole experience even greater! This gem will definitely be our first go to place in the pizza world!
Best experience

Was so excited to try this place but it was overpriced and most of the pizzas were gross. The dessert pizzas were basically plain bread with a small caramel drizzle or Nutella. Seemed cheap and paid more. Would rather have cicis tbh

First trying this place and went for a friends bday! I was surprised by the different types of pizzas. Our server was named Jerry and he was super sweet and knowledgeable, he recommended the Brazilian style buffet where you can try basically any type of pizza where the servers come by and offer you several different types! We loved his energy and how attentive he was! Will be coming back for sure the food was delicious and they even had dessert type pizzas! The atmosphere was nice and friendly definitely recommend this place!
