Do not EVER order from Dickey's Barbecue Pit National in Fort Worth on Oakmont and Hulen!! Placed an order for pick up, got all the way home, they left out a sandwich, lots of extras we were charged for, and wrong sides. Hubby drove all the way back up there, and they were absolutely rude and unapologetic!! They did make the sandwich that was left out, but still incredibly rude. Ordered online for pickup. Order was cold and incorrect. No ribs available when I came to pick them up. The two young ladies upfront didn’t seem to know what they were doing at all. Was given 2 small sides in lieu of repayment because they said they couldn’t refund it. No apology or anything was given. Just blank stares.
