The meat was super fatty. We ordered a Caesar salad off the menu and was given cole slaw. When we asked, after given the wrong thing, they said they didn’t offer the salad. Why didn’t they tell us when we ordered? The restaurant was pretty dirty and the staff was not attentive or friendly.

Haven't been here in a few months but boy I'm highly disappointed and feel ripped off big time. My husband and I got 2 plates for $32 bucks for a smaller portion than I remembered, food quality went majorly down hill, and forget getting your kid anything unless you wanna spend $12 dollars on half way edible food. Do better Dickies Corp.

I have gone to this place before in the past. So I went here a few days ago it looks like some new people in there. There was this one guy who was very rude to I asked who he was they say he's the new Assistant Manager. I said he wouldn't know what great customer service was if it hit him in the face. I will not be going back to this place of business. If this place wants my service they will have to do much better.

I highly wouldn’t recommend working here. The current gm the store is under is rude & always have a bad attitude. She lied talks about the current employees she have working there. And how she wants to quit. She had called me for a job and begged me to work there just for her to stand me up. Then she tries to fight me cause I asked for her to pay me.
The manager Lakrystal had me working for free kept saying that she was getting paperwork never did get it now she just tried to attack me in the restaurant I asked for the owner number and she refused I will go to the labor

I paid $21 for a brisket sandwich that was soooo salty it almost made me sick. Also my fries were just one big chunk of potato. My pie was way too small for $4. I’m really disappointed in dickies. I spent my last on this and can’t even eat it:

I ordered a half rack rib plate. It only came with 3 ribs even though a rack is 10-12 ribs and the website at least shows 4 ribs. Ordered mustard potato salad and got regular potato salad. It says it comes with Texas toast but it didn't. I called and they said it came with 3 ribs and they also said they no longer have Texas toast, at a BBQ joint, in Texas.The ribs had basically one bite of meat and the rest was bone. If you want to sell bbq in Texas you're going to have to do better than this. To top it off, they are charging 20 dollars for this nonsense. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else for BBQ.
