I love this location. Yes they mess up or have an attitude but honestly they are only rude to those who were rude first. I literally saw a lady go in there and scream and cuss at MINORS? Like and they all looked scared. I think people forget others make mistakes sad
At the Golden Triangle location the customer service to awful. The employees speak in a very condescending way to either myself or my kids every time we’ve gone here. They aren’t friendly , in fact if they were.. we’d be very surprised. Even in the drive thru, the rudeness is very apparent. Horrible customer service. I was going here just about EVERYDAY for the past 3 months. I will never go back after today. I didn't have an issue until about last week. They made my drink wrong. I know what color my drink looks like I go EVERYDAY. So I asked them to remake it. They did. No issue. Today same thing. They forgot to add the extra espresso shot.
