I'm a Dutch bros fan and go pretty much everyday. I recently moved and I've been so disappointed with the shops by my house. Aside from a select few, the staff is not friendly...at all. No greeting, just a what can I get you. Twice now I've had my order taken in line and get to the window, no acknowledgement and the broistas are talking crap about one of the other broistas, then they just hand me my coffees don't say anything and that's that, no interaction...

I had a pretty upsetting experience in this drive-thru recently involving another customer being aggressive, and I just want to say how much I appreciated the kindness I was shown by the staff, especially Kaylee. It was pouring rain, I was flustered from the situation, and she went out of her way to check on me and make sure I was okay.

She was so sweet and thoughtful, and even comped my drink, which completely turned my day around. You can tell she really cares...

The experience was super easy and quick! All staff members were friendly and helpful. However, my actual drink wasn't good, sadly. My iced Kicker had too much cream/milk (or not enough espresso) and the ice had melted, making it watery. My husband's hot Eagle was perfect though! So maybe I should just stick to hot espresso drinks and it'll be fine. Or else I could just add more shots of espresso? If I visit again, I'll experiment :)
