The service was amazing, they had several large parties show up without reservations and we still got our food and drinks without extra wait time. The ribeye was amazing as well as the steak cut fries and the loaded baked potato. The staff was truly amazing, this will be yet another place I have to visit when I'm back in Texas

Came here with family for a high school graduation celebration. The servers themselves were kind and attentive, but unfortunately the overall experience was disappointing because of how rude and unwelcoming the management and higher-ups were.

One of my younger cousins has autism and was having a difficult moment. We completely understand that situations like that can be challenging in a restaurant setting, and our family was actively trying our best to help calm him down. However, the way we were spoken to was unnecessarily rude and disrespectful. Being abruptly told to “please head outside” with no compassion or understanding was upsetting and uncalled for.

On top of that, I accidentally walked through an open kitchen area while trying to find the restroom because the layout was confusing. Instead of politely redirecting me, I was spoken to harshly and told I couldn’t walk there. The entire atmosphere from management felt stuck-up and snooty for no reason.

I’ve been to many upscale restaurants with far better food and service where the staff treated guests with kindness and respect. Again, the waitstaff were pleasant, but management seriously needs to work on hospitality and professionalism.

Overall, not a good experience, and unfortunately I will not be returning

Ordered the steak, Parmesan crusted chicken, and the ribs. Ribs were good, but the steak was the worst steak I have ever had. As tough as shoe leather. Didn’t look anything like the pictures. Called in to let the manager know the bread was raw ( and hard as a rock and the steak was the toughest steak I have ever had. My son choked on his piece so I grabbed a piece, took a bite, and literally pulled it out of my hand. Had my wife try another piece, tried to take a bite and couldn’t. Manager just gave me excuses about the bread, and the steak. At the end of the conversation, he did offer to refund me for the steak, but by then I had decided that I would not be returning to this place again. So I told him not to worry about refunding me for the steak. To me it’s not about the money, it’s about quality and service, and they missed the mark on both.

Really nice restaurant. When we go we are seated immediately. The service is excellent, drinks are always made just right and the food is better than many other steakhouses in the area!

This is one of my favorite places to eat! I go here a couple times a year and always on my birthday. Their Cajun Ribeye is amazing. The lobster queso is also delicious! Highly recommend.

Disappointing! Our first time to Firebirds and we were not impressed. I wanted to like it. I really did.

We had reservations, but were seated to the left of the entrance in the “ante room”. Unlike the subdued lighting in the main dining room, this room was all windows and was bright. Plus, the windows looked like they might open in good weather. Not fine dining ambiance.

I got Chilean Sea Bass. Good quality Chilean sea bass, cooked properly, is very flaky and has a buttery melt-in-your mouth texture. This was not that. While it was flaky, it did not have the buttery melt-in-your mouth texture. In fact, it was kind of chewy. Plus, there was too much other “stuff” on the plate, like “vegetables and ancient grains”. If you want really good sea bass, visit Silver Fox in Fort Worth. It is presented simply, by itself, with “sides” on the side.

My wife had salmon. It was just OK. The bread pudding was pretty tasty!

Maybe I misread what kind of establishment this is. Be that as it may, I doubt we will return to Firebirds. We can get better tasting food for less money at Sweetie Pie’s Ribeyes in North Richland Hills.
