“Its tasty and perfect every single time... and I order often. That italian, double meat/cheese and no veggies... has me hooked. Every location even when I doordash. I give Firehouse my absolute best review ever. 6 stars. The steak and chz is great too... kiddo had me hooked for a couple years till I had the Italian. Y'all needa just make me a spokesperson. Its great.“

“Great location.
BUT.... Be careful if you are using the Tap option when paying by credit card. The card reader transitions from processing to the tip screen super fast and a tip was selected for me before I had a chance to back my card away. I imagine this happens to many and they probably don't notice unless they check their receipt“

“Maya has amazing customer service , she took the order with great pleasure even though a complicated order she did not get frustrated with me , other workers were not doing anything , Maya stepped up and ensured my family and I were took care of , my children were unsure of what they wanted most places get frustrated Maya had amazing patience and was so sweet to my babies ! She deserves to be acknowledged for this as I overheard another employee tell her to clock out cause she had an attitude , we come here often and will be back, thank you Maya !“

“Meal: Italian sandwich (wheat bread), jalapeno potato chips, large ice tea (free self-refills). The sandwich tasted fine, but it wasn't constructed very well by the "young workers" Behind the counter.
Parking: Located in a strip mall with a large parking lot in front.“
“Such a great and delightful experience! I had a medium Italian sub and it was sooooo good! I wish I could get another, but that would be gluttonous. 😂 My fiancé got the Firehouse Hero sub and really enjoyed his sub as well.
Jessica was working the register was lovely and super sweet. Herself and her coworkers were all moving and they looked be working together so well and we're cohesive in their work. I really liked their energy and they were welcoming to us and every single person who came into the establishment. Best customer service I've had in a while. Thank y'all!“
