We were driving and it took us a shorter time than expected to get here so we were 15 minutes early for our mobile order. I love firehouse but I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this one because I just let the woman know that we were here and no rush and she decided to say passive aggressively “well your 15 minutes early so we’re working on it”

Now we are waiting but I can see clearly on my app the estimated time there’s no reason to snap at me...

I used to be a Jersey Mike’s guy, but not anymore. I absolutely love firehouse and I’m never disappointed. They’ve got awesome options for different budgets… and they all taste amazing!

Food is okay, service was good on a surface level. The ladies working the counter and making food seemed real passive aggressive or maybe just stressed. Didn't take it personally but I was uncomfortable.
