Ordered to go and got the farmhouse hash that I normally always get from another location and they gave me less than half of the normal portion size. And their iced coffee was undrinkable. Have had much better experiences at their other locations. For the price they charge this is unacceptable.

Unfortunately, the service I received from James was very disappointing. From the moment he approached my table, he seemed reluctant to serve me. He brought my drink and napkins but never returned to check on me, take care of my order, or bring my food. I eventually had to ask another server for assistance. I am a regular customer and have never experienced poor service here before. This was my first time being served by James, and the experience was noticeably different from what I’ve come to expect at this restaurant.

This place is already one of my favorites, but this visit was extra special because I brought both my mom and dad with me. Dining out can sometimes be stressful for my mom — from the menu to the atmosphere — but this time was completely different, and Sydney, our waitress, made all the difference.
Sydney was incredibly friendly, attentive, and relational. She took her time helping my parents understand the menu and made thoughtful recommendations when they weren’t sure what to order. She was patient, prompt, and had a genuine smile the entire time.
My dad and I both ordered child’s plates with small modifications — and my dad is very particular and usually notices when something isn’t quite right. Sydney got everything absolutely perfect. Every detail was spot on.
Even though the restaurant was busy, the atmosphere felt welcoming, calm, and kind. Everyone was pleasant, and it truly felt like a place that values people, not just efficiency.
Sydney was amazing, and this First Watch continues to stand out for its warmth, service, and overall experience. Thank you for such a memorable meal — we’ll definitely be back!
