Great place. The staff has always been friendly and accommodating to me. The restaurant has been clean and the food is hot and fresh. I have never had an issue with the portions here and the workers are happy to help when choosing and adding ingredients. Overall I am very happy with Freebirds and I like it better than that other burrito place.
Tacos are stacked pretty well, but the chips are lacking. They're all crunched up small pieces and not very many. They should tell you when they're going to charge you for things rather than just offering. My $10 taco plate turned into getting $2 in change from a $20 bill and I have no idea how much all the additions cost because I have no receipt. I figured the chips would be extra of course, but $8 extra for chips and a drink is a bit much than expected, especially...
Freebirds has never disappointed me, I have been a regular for a few years now. The staff and managers are kind and helpful, and it has stayed in my rotation of restaurants I like to visit when I’m in the area. This place deserves better than the 4.6 rating!
