We celebrated my daughter’s birthday and tried Gigi’s and everyone was so nice and helpful and the cupcakes were a hit! Definitely recommend and picked them up a couple hours before the party so they were fresh! Def recommend!

My family loves Gigi's. They know before any birthday party or holiday I will be coming with a cake or cupcakes. So I am so disappointed in my experience Sunday. I drive a good 30 minutes to this location. I arrived at 5:32pm to pick up something for my daughter in loves birthday party. Only to see them lowering the blinds with a note saying they were closing at 5:30 for team meeting. (Usually open till 8pm)
I opened the door hoping they would still help me. Unfortunately they wouldn't and I was bummed. I understand team meetings are important, but all I wanted was a few treats for her party.

It was my first at Gigis. It was my husband's birthday and I needed something last minute. I ordered strawberry cheesecake cupcakes and it did not disappoint. They were rich and flavorful. Definitely will come back again.

Let me be clear, I'm not big into sweets. But these cupcakes and cheesecakes they sell here are absolutely INCREDIBLE. I also love that they have free samples to try the different cupcakes so I can see what flavors I like. I keep finding myself coming back, I love their product so much! My favorite cupcake is their Blueberry cheesecake cupcakes and my favorite cheesecake is the strawberry one.

The girls working there were really nice but I was disappointed the gluten free cupcakes come out of the freezer (I was hoping for something fresh since I can buy a freezer cupcake anytime). Therefore they were also hard and cold - I did leave them out for a few hours thinking warming would help but it ended up being super dry and crumbled & had the texture of sand. Disappointed because the regular cupcakes and flavors offered all looked so good!

I recently went to this location, and my experience was not good. Usually come here because they have the cupcakes I like. I drove an hour to the store only to receive the wrong order entirely. I placed An online order and the order was completely wrong all cheese cake and not cupcakes. The next day I had To drive an hour back up to the store. Not only did they take the wrong order back they didn’t compensate me for the multiple drives up there. They took the wrong order back and I think Theyre going to try to resale the cheesecake in order to compensate for the new order they have to give me. I just Wish that my time was appreciated.

Their lemon cupcake is amazing. It has some lemon jelly in the middle, but not too much, and I liked it. One table for two, one table for four.
