Goldee’s is a MUST visit for anyone who even slightly enjoys barbecue. I’ve been to a good number of BBQ joints all throughout DFW but Goldee’s is something special. Everything was good here. But tbh, I wouldn't not wait again for the food here. Lol.
They definitely the best spare ribs that I've had out of the 7 bbq spots that I've had in austin & dallas. But that damn line/weight. But....my brisket wasn't as seasoned as I thought it would be and not as tender as it should have. The lean slice didnt pass the bend and pull test. Maybe it was just a bad batch of brisket.
