What happened guys?!?! You used to be an amazing fast food place. Did you sell out? it seems like everything changed. Service, quality, cleanliness... everything. The loby was a disater, there were flies everywhere. The food took FOREVER and came out wrong. When I asked you to give me what I ordered your staff huffed at me. Sorry guys, whatever changed, it wasn't for the better.

I haven't been to Griff's in years! We went on the way to the Airshow on Sunday, and grabbed a small burger! I wish I got the big one! The person in the drive through was nice and helpful. My boyfriend is very confusing when he orders. ?

This has been the worst experience I've had at a Griffs. The female manager was rude and hostile to customers and employees. They messed up over 10 orders I saw, had at least 6 different customers asking multiple times about their food. Food was wrong, only got half at a time, fries were cold, and everyone was made to feel as tho the costumers were the problem. I go to other Griffs regularly, I was very very disappointed, and so were the 6 workers in just my group. I won't be back to this I've l one ever. If it was my business, the order and delivery system is broken and a very easy fix, and I have a no tolerance for Bad Rude management. She was rude to the older cashier lady who was just trying to do her job!

Worse Griffs in Fort Worth the guy at the drive thru on 4/15/2024 at 2:30pm was rude and apparently slow because I repeated my order twice and he said it back to me and he still got it wrong. Save your money don’t go to this location.

I used to love griffs but lately they never get my order right and something is always cold whether it’s the burger, fries, or both. Im tired of paying extra for add ons and never getting what I ordered. Either they add something completely different or nothing at all.
