Gus’s World Famous Fried Chicken

Chicken and catfish was delicious. Really loved the coleslaw and Mac and cheese.

Chicken was awesome service even better. Recommend the Mac and cheese!!

Beautiful Place With Beautiful Service & Beautiful People

The employees were nice. The food wasn’t bad. They advertise that the chicken is never frozen because the chicken is killed every 2ish days. I asked if the chicken is ever given antibiotics, are they free range, and what do the chickens eat? The chickens come from Tyson. I think it would be amazing if this establishment utilized local farmers who have free range chickens that aren’t ever exposed to antibiotics. Restaurants with wholesome practices have and keep my business. I don’t want my money going to Tyson and other evil suppliers that abuse their animals.

Great spicy chicken

Bradford was a great waiter. Always such a nice guy and always makes sure my drink is full. I always ask for him!

Love this place. You get to pick your own seating and the menus are located at the Table. The only bad thing about this place is the parking lucky if you find free parking if not you have to pay like $10

We have been coming here for years And have never had a problem, but today was horrible and being Father’s Day It wasn’t that packed when we got here so that’s why we choose to come here, We were seated and another couple was seated Maybe 10 minutes.After us. They got their drink order taken right away. It took them about 15 minutes to come and take our order. We finally put our order in ordered Some corn nuggets took forever for the nuggets to come out. We are still waiting on our order. It’s been 40 mins now And I have seen other tables that got seated after us already receive their orders. I also tried to order a kids meal because I have a card from my Bariatric Surgeon that lets me order kids meal since I cannot eat much, so I tend to order kids meals and I was denied a kids meal. So disappointed today!

Great food and service

Great tasting spicy fried chicken. Very good seasoning thru to the bone and very good sides. We visited the location on Magnolia Street in Downtown Fort Worth. Lots of other food places, stores and shops!

Tried this chicken spot for dinner last week and came away pretty impressed. The chicken was crispy on the outside, juicy inside, and had a lot more flavor than I expected. The fries were hot and fresh too, which doesn't always happen these days. Staff was friendly and checked on us a couple times without being pushy. The place was clean and had a relaxed atmosphere. Only thing I'd say is the wait was a little longer than I thought, but the food made up for it. I'd definitely come back when I'm in the area again.
