Love the Hanabi in Denton so thought I would try the Fort Worth location as well. Ordered the Black Tonkotsu and the broth was delicious as always. However was given just a cold hard boiled egg for the ajitama. after bringing it up to the server they apologized but did nothing to remedy :( still hoping to eat a proper delicious jelly ajitama soon.
I have been visiting this place since 2021. Really friendly customer service and food tastes good....l called them ahead of time and ordered my ramen by the time I arrived at my food ready on the table...P

Very good place when they move ramen, very good size portions, fast and clean service.
Update January/2025: We ordered different things this time and EVERYTHING was delicious and always fast. The ramen are quite large and rich. There are also Small dishes for children although they are really normal size. My favorite place really.
