This was our first time visiting i Fratelli Pizza, and it definitely won’t be our last!
From the moment we walked in, everyone made us feel welcome. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, but I especially want to recognize the manager, Ben. He went above and beyond to make us feel like family instead of just another customer. It’s rare to find that kind of genuine hospitality these days, and it really made our visit stand out.
The pizza was absolutely delicious. It was light, crispy, and full of flavor. You can tell they take pride in what they serve. The breadsticks were also fantastic and paired perfectly with the meal. Everything came out fresh, hot, and exactly what we were hoping for.
I also loved seeing the restaurant’s history and family roots displayed throughout the store. It gave the place a welcoming, hometown feel that matches the outstanding customer service.
If you’re looking for great pizza, friendly people, and a place that truly values its customers, I highly recommend giving i Fratelli Pizza a try.

Last month, my wife and I attended Southlake's art fest where i Fratelli Pizza was handing out a coupon for a FREE pizza pie. What a generous DFW pizza chain! I redeemed it this afternoon for an early dinner.
We enjoyed the pepperoni pizza immensely. The crust was thin and crispy, the sauce was sweet, and the cheese was caramelized and flavorful. Really, it reminded us of a Chicago tavern-style pizza.
The breadsticks were soft, delicious, and inexpensive to boot. All in all, it was an enjoyable at-home meal. The staff was very friendly too. We will return soon!

Our New Favorite pizza place! First time buying pizza from Fratelli's. We ordered a large Admin and a large Big Brother. We're typically a pan pizza crust family, but we were willing to try a new pizza place because the others that were our go to's have disappointed us one too many times with inconsistent made pizza. Fratelli's pizza ingredients from the crust and the tomato sauce harmonized so well with all the toppings of our selections. I picked up the pizzas and they were still hot! The service counter person who greeted me was courteous and nice. Happy first experience with Fratelli's.

Ben is a great employee. Made sure I knew where the store was located over the phone, got my food out quickly (with the help of his coworkers), and he was super friendly. He may be a manager, he was wearing a different color than everyone else. 10/10 would recommend

I am originally from San Antonio and have traveled many places in the states from Los Angeles to New York and everywhere in between and I love pizza, but this is some of the best pizza I have ever eaten and I will always come back to Fratelli's especially the one off Bryan Irving,
