I called my usual IHOP at 35W and 170 to ask if they could substitute the hash browns on my order for grits. I spoke to a really rude lady who obviously would rather have been doing anything other than speak to me on the phone about anything. I don't know what her name was, and I don't want to. She didn't know where the IHOP was, what highway it was on, or anything. She knew there was a Pilot, which I think might be the name of the nearby truckstop... not sure. She said, "If you don't know what the Pilot is, you are probably calling the wrong place, darlin'." I asked to speak with the manager. His name was Jason. After making my request, and letting him know that the lady I spoke to was really rude, he set the phone down. I heard her ask, "What did she want?" He told her and informed her in a mocking tone that I had said she was rude to me. The conversation that continued after that was very unprofessional and made me feel very unimportant, disregarded, and a bit hurt. When Jason picked the phone up again, I mentioned that I had heard their conversation and that it made me feel pretty bad. He said he would speak with the lady when he got off the phone. Yeah, the way he said it, I did not believe him. I received my order, and I did get the grits, but they are discontinuing those. Also, they aren't doing the lingonberry butter anymore. Those Swedish crepes have been my favorite since I was little, and I was a little sad about the butter. Oh well.

Thus place has seating for over 30 families of 4. Only 5 tables were occupied. But there was at least 9 families waiting at the door to be seated. Finally this server that looks like Peter Griffin came and just looked at everyone and said it'll be a while. Turned around and walked away.

Horrible. Party of 12. After 10 minutes waiting we finally got our name on the list. We were told 45 minutes before seating. Waited one hour and 10 minutes to be told they couldn't serve us due to one cook and 2 waitress.Update: Snooty Pig 4 mins down the road got us in immediately!!! No wait!!

Really pricey, food is alright but the quality doesn't always equal to the price it stands at. Pancakes are at least enjoyable. Service tends to really be slow, but they're short staffed so I empathizeBut the servers and staff deserve a lot more credit than they're given, they're always outgoing and an absolute delight, each of them need to know they're all doing a great job!

Waited nearly 30min in curbside pickup. Called and the lady said "be right out". They never came. I went inside that the woman that came up to me could seriously care less about her job. She went to the back to get my order then dropped it on the counter without saying a word and walked away. My order was missing items and I had to flag down someone else. Total waste of time trying to do curbside order as a busy mom.

Server did a good job, however there was another employee screaming and fighting in the kitchen with alot of profanity. It was very shocking to say the least. And the eggs were very greasy didn't taste good.

Hubs put in a carry out order and unfortunately this review will align with previous reviews. Ordered pancakes, bacon, hash browns and fruit. Pancakes were cooked, GF pancakes looked good as well. Open syrup in the bag. Fruit was slimy and appeared old. Bacon was undercooked and didn't look safe to eat. Health dept prob needs to check this place out.

My pancakes were raw...this is a pancake house that doesn't know how to cook pancakes. There was literally liquid pouring out of my pancake when I cut into it

IHOP KAREN (ALERT)I placed my order at 11:20am for curbside pickup.Got there at 11:35 and notified my arrival through their website as provided.15min go by and I call the restaurant to check on my order. Lady on the phone put me on hold for 5min.I call again and ask for my order. Lady was audibly upset that I called again and said she'll bring me my food when she has the time.5 more minutes go by and I call again to see if I should go inside and retrieve my order. Lady on the phone was very upset and quickly came out to hand over my food. HOWEVER, I was missing a $6 milkshake. I inform her about the shake missing and she went inside to "get it".5 MORE min go by and I call again asking for a status on the shake. Another Lady answers, and was even more upset that she came my vehicle to yell at me for being "rude"I have been in that curbside pickup spot for more than 30min and they have the audacity to come up and yell at me for being "rude" when all I did was call for updates.I asked the red-faced lady to give me a refund on the milkshake and she flipped me off and walked away.I have never experience a "karen" personality in my life but she really took on that persona like she's done it plenty of times before. To conclude, waited 30 min for a curbside pickup only to be faced with a IHOP Karen, cold food, and no milkshake.DO NOT COME HERE!

This location is absolutely terrible when it comes to customer service, the employee CHRISTINA, the heavy set blonde red faced employee flipped off a customer for calling in to pickup a curbside order and was mad because she had to walk her butt outside and work the job she applied for!!! and the cherry on top was after flipped off and yelling at the customer she told her she will not be giving her the rest of her order and didn't. If this is the type of people this IHOP hires they need to be shutdown.

Staff was very nice and the food was good. Short staffed but the staff that was there handled it great. We would not even know it was short staffed if we were not told

Loved the food, the waitress was very friendly and had tons of people but she made sure everybody was happy and was taken care

Called this location and was told I couldn't order had to come in to the restaurant and place my order. Very inconvenient for me and then there is a lot of construction by this location. The food was good according to my son. It was part of his father's day gift.
