I was here Tuesday around 11:48 the worker is supper sweet and made the food so good. However it seem he was working by himself :(. I felt so bad for him please whoever manages this store don’t leave employee alone. Horrible manager but amazing employees!

The employee that worked tonight was absolutely amazing! One note tho, whoever manages this is specific location is the worst person ever. The poor employee was by himself, taking orders, making drinks, and preparing the orders himself. We were waiting in line wondering what was taking so long. We were joking the employee must be alone, and behold, he was in fact alone. I want to reiterate, the employee was AMAZING, but the manager should care about their employees much more.

Usually perfect everything, the food is the freshest, tastiest, cleanest and ONLY Jack in the box I'll eat at...but it's been slowly getting worse service wise...I don't know if they lost the one guy who would lways serve us late at night or what but definitely service now isn't as good...but other than that ????????
