Literally drove across town for a blt and when I get here they don’t have any bacon ready and was told it will take a while to make more! Not busy at all but not accommodating either! Believe all the bad reviews!

I've visited that location plenty of times without any issues. Food, service and quality has always been good. However stopped in to grab an Italian (one of my favorites) and the first thing I notice the cheese was cut so thin I could see the bread on the other side, I mention it to the guy behind the counter, I said dang those are thin. No big deal. Well the meat was no different so thin I could see the cheese hahaha not exaggerating. I mention it again he looked at me and kept on cutting. Hahaha. Didn't care. At that point I said let me pay for my chips and go down the street to support the local sub shop. He charged me and walked away. I get it yall are a business but the amount of money things are going for now days it has to be worth the value. And that was definitely not. I understand most people want more. I just wanted the sandwich to equal the cost and not have it be paper thin. Best of luck.

HORRIBLE customer service. ARGUMETIVE and UNPROFESSIONAL workers. This was the worst online pick up I've ever experienced. The lady worker with all the tattoos up her arms was extremely rude and was making rude comments, when I just was trying to pick up my order. When I asked her name she refused and when I asked who was the manager she continued to be disrespectful. A lady who said she was the store manger ADELL started to make comments to her horrible worker like don't let one bad person ruin your day. The worker continued to make rude comments and be confortational. Not once did this supposed store manager ADELL ask her employee to stop being unprofessional or condescending. I recommend not going to this location.

Very disrespectful stuff all of them don’t welcoming customers they act like they own it very rude specially the black dude jason or maybe he give me wrong name there is two dude working they very unprofessional and losing customer i waited in line when my turn came they took someone order before me and store was smell so bad!!

I didn’t receive my sandwich that I ordered through Jersey Mike’s app. When I called this store I was told that I had to deal with Door Dash to try and get my money back. Door Dash blocked my number when I sent them information showing I didn’t get my food plus I added tip $$. DO NOT USE THE DELIVERY OPTION AT THIS STORE. They do not care if you do not get your food nor a refund! Also, I did file a complaint through customer service and no one contacted nor responded to my email. Very bad customer service!

I just received my delivery order and it's missing all the condiments I requested on it. I've never had a problem with this location, but this is unacceptable. Paying $43 to get sandwiches that had nothing on it that you want is unacceptable. I will no longer be going to or ordering from this location. So disappointing.

I have never once made a review of a restaurant but the manager at the front with braces on was extremely disrespectful. All I did was order my sandwich to-go and when I went to pay she told me “I should be grateful the I have job” and a couple other comments right after that I can’t remember. I don’t want anything to happen to her but I’ve never left somewhere for lunch being treated so poorly. Then they proceeded to make the incorrect sandwich but I did not want to cause any problems because she made it very clear she did not want to help customers. Love eating at this establishment but definitely gonna head to a different location.

As the local UPS delivery driver these days for this store, I enjoy delivering here and eating there all the same because of the friendly staff! Great food (I love the Philly #17), quick, and always clean. Don’t hesitate to eat here, it’s excellent

Service was great! They lost one star because they cut my sandwich in half with a dirty knife that had mustard on it, and I HATE mustard. I didn’t realize it until I took my first bite and tasted that bitter mustard. It was on the cut ends of my sandwich.

Everything is mostly great but that young girl that works there is sooo mean, every time I go in smiling and happy but she's so mean and purposely talks really low. I'm scared to ask her to repeat herself bc she'll get even meaner.
