2 girls in the front momo and the other young lady, I apologize about the name forgetting, best quality service, I wanted it Mikes Way, and it was delivered. And it was the best Jersey Mike sub I ever tasted.!The quality was so fresh and delicious, even after a couple of hours, still was delicious!!!!!.The guys were great also! That my store!!🥰😋😋😋😋😋

Hair was all over my bread. I’m not 100 % sure if it was human hair or rodent hair. Nevertheless I literally spit it all out. The presentation of the sandwich was sloppy. It was my first time trying Jersey Mikes ever, and I guarantee it will be my LAST. I am beyond grossed out ! 🤮🤮🤮

I ordered a regular #99( chipotle and khauna combined) and a #26 chicken bacon ranch. At first I wasn’t upset because I used to work at a jersey mikes and mistakes do happen, but when I called to get a resolve I was not satisfied. First, I was told to bring the food back( I live 15 minutes away so not happening), then offered a refund and I agreed. Some time goes by and the staff calls back saying they can’t give me a refund so they can offer to take my information and I can come back for a remake I agreed to that! They call AGAIN now the third time and tell me the manager said no to both options without me bringing back the food which at this point was already in the trash because I could not eat it. Will NEVER return to this location again. I have worked in customer service for many years and never done this to someone. If you make a mistake ITS OKAY fix it and move on.

It was my first time in a very long time going to Jersey Mikes. I stopped in for lunch and I will not be back.
Prior to ordering the lady with the glasses was rushing me to tell her what sandwiches I would be getting (I literally didn’t know which 2 sandwiches I’d be getting yet) once I told her what sandwiches she asks me another question & I didn't understand so I told her “I don’t get it.. so I can’t order my vegetables over there?” She explained why not and repeated herself to me very slowly as if she was frustrated and speaking to a little kid.
I proceeded to order my sandwiches & she turns to her coworker and she told him something along the lines of “she thinks this is subway”. I think she should think twice that not everyone goes to Jersey Mikes everyday or knows how they operate… before having an attitude like she did. I will not be back. It was an ugly experience and that makes everything when someone comes into your restaurant.

Took my son here for lunch. We both love Jersey Mikes, but he said this one was different. It was the best sandwich he ever had. They added some love to it. I didnt get a chance to take a pic because he ate it so fast. Would definitely recommend this location.
