Management would not replace my sandwich when their website had an error. I had placed an online order asking for no tomatoes and no mayonnaise. I cannot have mayo anymore..tomatoes are easy enough to take off, but when there is mayo all over everything, that is not easily fixed. ***Update: They were late dropping the food off (the receipt even says “delay”) and gave it to a coworker because my phone number didn’t work, but I’m pretty sure I just called them on it twice. So I have my lunch, but they still weren’t fast about it.*** I placed an online order at 10:15 to be delivered at 11:15. I called the store at 11:22 to tell them it wasn’t here.
