Got my sandwich replaced for the mess up the first time and they messed it up AGAIN. It’s not that hard and I’m really disappointed.
I am beyond disappointed in Jimmy John's! We ordered delivery and they forgot my son's sandwich, called them immediately and they said they would send it out. 30 mins later and still no sandwich, called and said they were leaving.. mind you, I live 2 mins away. 20 mins later and still no sandwich. Husband went to get the sandwich, lady was still there, hadn't left, and there was no apology! Never going back!
