I normally order from them at least once a week because I am a student at TCU right down the road. It's more convenient for them to deliver sometimes since my academic schedule is so demanding as a senior. However, the customer service I just received from ALL the managers was extremely disappointing and has deterred me from ever ordering again. They got my order wrong the last two times I ordered and told me my next order would be free. Apparently no one kept record of this conversation...read full review
