I love Jimmy John’s. Sandwiches are great…but you get an even better experience when the customer service is A1. At this particular location, employees Nate, and Diego are top notch employees. They go above and beyond to satisfy their customers needs. Very much appreciated. Get these fellas a raise asap! I will be back again and again! Keep up the good work fellas!

Ordered from the Burleson Location's Parking Lot (Run! Do not order from here...) after waiting 45 minutes for them to say that they were out bread- and our order was ready to go. Employees had a smiles on their faces and were pleasant to interact with! We have been to this location a few times with zero issues. Will be making this location our new go-to Jimmy John's!

Store was very courteous toward my 30 minute arrival before closing, my BILLY CLUB tastes great too. 1st visit I’ll give it another shot in the future to see if this was a fluke or not.
