On 9/13/2023 we order 2 Hamburger 2 fry and 2 patty melt with 1 onion ring. Once we arrived home there were no onion rings. Can back to asked for a refund for onion rings because didn't know when we would be back that way. The manager Dee (?) stated to get another onion you have 7 days. I asked could she just refund the cost of the onion rings she stated no and it's what it is. I explained I just file a complaint she stated so what nothing going to be done. The biscuits and gravy meal from Whataburger was the best i have tasted compared to those served by other restaurants, and it was the lowest price at $5.93 for the meal including drink, but extra for eggs.The buttery biscuit tasted freshly baked and the thick gravy had lots of sausage pieces i could actually bite.
