Sandwiches are good. But the house brew tastes like bad hotel coffee.

Every time I come here, I always love what I get! The food is good and so is the coffee. It’s a little Pricey, but I like supporting local businesses and everything taste really good!

DONT plan to STAY if you are NOT BUYING!! I’ve been here several times with good service, but today was disappointing. My sister and I came to do schoolwork and waited for our mom to join us. We were the ONLY ones there when the owner(or manager) asked if we were ordering. As I looked to my sister, she abruptly said “If you’re not getting anything, you can’t just hang out here.” “It’s not a hang out spot” (it’s a coffee shop…)I was surprised at her passive aggressive tone as I've stayed before without an issue or being pressured into buying something. She then says it’s “bad for business” and even mentioned we couldn’t sit outside without buying. If she had just asked if we were waiting for someone or offered water, it would’ve made a difference. We weren’t even there an hour before essentially being KICKED OUT.

Just Love Coffee is a fantastic place for coffee, breakfast and great conversation! I’ve visited both the Fort Worth and Grand Prairie locations and each time, the experience has been excellent. The coffee is always on point, the food is delicious, and the customer service is warm and welcoming. Whether meeting colleagues for work or celebrating a special occasion, it’s the perfect spot.

Absolutely awful experience!! We went to Just Love on 3/26/25 at 545 pm- and the woman at the window was unbelievably rude.
When I paid she didn’t let me choose my own tip on the machine- so I have no idea if she gave herself a tip without me knowing. The drink we ordered was an iced mocha. She handed me the drink and it was not mixed at all- about an inch of coffee on the bottom and then the rest was milk- it was so full that when she handed me the cup it spilled all through the lid- down the inside of my car, my door, my seat, my pants were soaked. She saw it happen- but when I tried to ask for napkins she shut the window. I said louder ma’am can I please get some napkins? She handed me one napkin- and I immediately tried to ask for more napkins- explainins the drink spilled everywhere in my car- but she tried again to close the window in my face when I was talking to her- the window was already half shut and I said I needmore than one napkin- she angrily handed me two napkins that time and when I tried to ask about the drink not being mixed when she slammed the window in my face and walked away from the window.

What on earth?!!??!! We frequently go to Just Love and almost always have great service. I know she was supposed to show me the credit card machine, she was supposed to ask me about points and I know the drink always comes mixed- let alone how rude she was after the drink spilled everywhere.

I can’t believe how rude she wss and the service we received.

The woman who is generally there-either manager or owner- I’m unsure which- is always wonderful- the drinks are normally delicious- but today- absolutely terrible.

Legitimately the BEST croissant breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had, and everyone I bring here to try it agrees with me! The coffee is truly amazing as well! I always go for an americano but add a tiny bit of flavor and oat milk, so you can really taste the espresso and it’s remarkable! The service is so kind every time I’m here!

After ordering my coffee and breakfast sandwich by the drive thru and then going to big chicken to get lunch for my wife. I decided to sit in front of Just Love patio since I spent $15 for two items and they had tables and chairs. I had the MANAGER come to the outside patio where my family was and say you cannot sit here with your big chicken food. I said I already ordered my food from ya’ll, what’s the problem? She replied “oh, you bought it from here?” And walked inside and confront her rudeness and she apologized and felt bad because her coworkers were starring in awe. Supposedly, everyone tries to sit in front of their business without buying food from them. As a manager you DO NOT try to embarrass customers without having your facts straight. Very disrespectful and not a good look for a new business trying to increase production. Might as well keep going to Starbucks and pay $20 for breakfast.

Lovely coffee shop. Employees are so nice and the owner is very friendly and accommodating of our weekly girls coffee date. Coffee and food is delish. Highly recommend visiting Just Love Coffee Cafe.

I LOVE Just Love. I am a huge coffee lover and their drinks are phenomenal! I was a regular at a couple of other coffee shops (pretty well known ones) and now I don’t even attempt the others unless I have to cause Just Love is closed. I do wish they stayed open later. They close at 6pm and I’m known to get coffee in the evening. Their flavors are just amazing! Our favorites are the Toffee Coffee and the White Chocolate Raspberry Turamisu, hot, and with oat milk. So delicious! Their waffle cinnamon roles are also delicious! I love the staff just as much as I do the coffee. And our pup Gaia enjoys the pup cup she gets every time I visit Just Love which is several times a week.
