My wife and I recently went back to Kingyo Sushi & Ramen House for what was probably our fourth or fifth visit, and as usual, it didn’t disappoint. This time, we ordered a rainbow roll, a snow mountain roll, and a crunchy roll, and finished things off with mochi ice cream.
Out of everything we tried, the snow mountain roll was the star of the show. It had an awesome mix of flavors and textures, with a perfect balance of umami, sweetness, and saltiness....
