Kinsley's Kones Ice Cream and Funnel Cake Parlor

We love coming here about once a week or so to get funnel cakes! I do have an issues though, there’s a young lady who works here that’s not helpful at all! Called to see what was on menu because my friends wanted to try it. Their website is down at the time. We called and the young lady said she couldn’t help us! She knows the menu! All she had to do was read what they had including flavors of lemonade! She said she doesn’t know! One time my daughter was in there, whose special needs. She asked the young lady what they had and she pointed to menu! She’s not very mindful of others! Somebody can’t read, blind, etc!

Owner has a nasty attitude! Try to support smaller local businesses but we won’t be back. Spent $48 on two funnel cakes and two small water ices and asked if I could get the vanilla ice cream instead of the cinnamon ice cream on my peach cobbler funnel cake and she gave the nastiest look. I had to ask if it was ok again. This place will eventually close because good business will walk right out the door due to the unnecessary attitude. Go to the snow cone hut and get 4 Snowcones with all the trimmings for $14 and most importantly an appreciation for your business. I will say the light skin lady with the twist was nice and welcoming.

Got two funnel cakes, one strawberry shortcake /ice cream funnel cake and another banana cream pudding funnel cake / ice cream. They made them both in less than 10 minutes, homemade ice cream and all. It was very good, they have a lot of variety and option, and it was really good. No complaints at all, the owner was welcoming and very sweet, definitely something I'd grab again if I got a sweet tooth.

First time and definitely won't be the last. The strawberry cheesecake funnel cake was delicious. The customer service was welcoming. My funnel cake was fresh and warm, topped with ice cream. Sweetness overload and worth the price.

I had expected a more kid friendly environment with more space to be honest. So I hope they are soon to get a larger more comfortable space for costumers. The ice cream of course was delicious but if the prices are as stated on flyers online then I was over charged for a waffle cone and two small cups of ice cream. It was such a quick rushed process and no room to sit or even stand I rushed my kids back out to the car as I ordered and didn't get a chance to see what the prices were for what I ordered. I just wish my kids could've had a better experience of trying something they were excited about.

Says open and is closed when you get there this is the second time this happens very inconvenient and should be more professional about this…. Very disappointing.

First time coming in and they definitely didn't disappoint! The food was made to order and what I love the most is they are putting a spotlight on down syndrome and autism!!

At Kinsley’s Funnel Cakes (black-owned), we arrived first and were skipped while a customer who came later was served ahead of us. The staring made it feel uncomfortable and unwelcoming.
Racial profiling goes both ways and it’s not okay. If you run a business, serve people fairly and in order. Disappointing experience.

So glad I finally tried Kinsley's. I've passed by so many times and tonight was the night I stopped in with my family. Wonderful cutomer sevice, homemade icecream, awesome funnel cake creations. I had the cinnamon toast crunch funnel cake. 10/10 recommended for a sweet tooth night.

Immediately upon walking in, I was greeted by the owner and felt genuinely welcomed. She asked if I’d been there before and even gave me a few suggestions. The banana cream funnel cake was great—especially with the ice cream, which made it even better. I also tried the original funnel cake, which was just as good and took me back to childhood. They are on the expensive side, but to me, it was worth it. If you’re in the mood for a funnel cake and want to revisit childhood with an upgrade and good vibes, this is your place—so go ahead quit thinking and stop by you won't be disappointed. 💯
