The menu has some interesting options for lunch. They also have daily specials to choose from. We had the brisket French dip, yum and the kale quinoa salad with chicken. Both were delicious!!

We come to the Red Wasp every year during the NCAA Gymnastics Finals. Our tradition includes a cocktail with brunch. Both have always been excellent. Service here too is very excellent. I recommend starting your own tradition here. You won’t be disappointed. Go Red Rocks!!

Food was mediocre for the price. I don’t like to eat eggs on my toast so I moved them to the side which revealed a super thin layer of avocado mash that more resembled guacamole than a nice avocado spread. You can get more avocado on toast at coffee shops for less $. The layer of ricotta was also super sparse as you can see in the photo. The sourdough toast was soggy and lacked integrity/crunch perhaps because it was sliced kind of thin compared to others I’m used to. The...
