Just my opinion but the bbq was not that great, would not returnFries were soggy and not crispy, and the rub seasoning was underwhelming.Sausage which is sausage brisket I guess has no flavor to me.The brisket itself on the brisket sandwich was cooked great, however not much flavor. (Lots of fat too)Worst of all was the bbq sauce to me. Watery and flavor was pretty gross.Mostly edible but not enjoyable.The service is nice, but this place doesn't cut it flavor wise for me.
We've been coming to Longoria's for years. The food quality and employee friendliness have never declined.We are always warmly greeted and feel welcome. The food is delicious, and we look forward to supporting this local small business for many years to come.
