Ordered food and when the food was taken out of the bag and whole container cracked open and the food fell to the ground. The package was broken. Called management and because the food wasn’t eaten right away they don’t what to refund or remake the food. Please know that customer service here is non existent. The fish is not always cooked all the way through as well. There are other places that will provide better service and food.
Apparently here the customer is not right and they do not believe in compensation. DO NOT EAT WHERE YOU ARE NOT VALUED.
2nd time going and let me tell you, they know what they're doing everything was good and customer service is always on point definitely check them out
Food is awesome! So many options for catfish
We were told to call 2 days ahead to purchase live crawfish only to get there and be told they didn't have select. I was willing to get regular sized crawfish-4 sacks. Then I was told I'd be charged an extra $100 if I used my bank card vs paying in cash. The utter stupidity and unmitigated gall to think I will pay you to spend my money at your establishment....PLEASE
Go to Oceans Seafood where they have business acumen and they're also cheaper.
Fast and efficient! Out of a 30 lb bag we only had 12 crawfish that were dead!
Large portions, well seasoned, slow but worth the wait. The microphone for ordering was broken.
Best seafood market out here and I’m from Louisiana. Live Crawfish are always good, ALIVE, BIG, and I only run them thru water 1-2 and they’re clean! My hidden gem!!
It's your basic fried fish, nothing fancy. The prices are a little high. However they do except food stamp
Great selection of fish and they prepare it very well. Prices have gone up over the years, but you still get great portion sizes.

THE AMOUNT OF FOOD YOU GET FOR THE PRICE IS RIDICULOUS, I HAD 3 OF THE SMALLEST CATFISH STEAKS THEY COULD FIND FOR $17 AND SOME CHANGE, WHEN I OPENED THE BOX I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED TO SEE HOW SMALL THEY WERE CONSIDERING I'VE HAD THEM SO BIG THAT YOU COULDN'T EVEN CLOSE THE BOX, THIS WAS MY FIRST AND LAST TIME FREQUENTING THIS ESTABLISHMENT
