Love this place. No pretense, just friendly service and welcoming regulars. Sit at the bar and strike up a conversation or chill at a table/on the couches, this 'hole in the wall' spot is a good place for after work beers, late night recovery, or weekend binges.
This is the Place, best low key dive in the half Acre for a relaxing time and a great selection for all, from Guinness on tap in a full pint to Germans and Belgians to chose. Darts and a pool table keep it real!
Nice Irish-ish pub in downtown Fort Worth. Only found 2 Irish drinks, Guinness and Smithwickes. I was horrified to see a Guinness being poured like a normal beer, no angle on the glass, no wait time and they kept scraping off the head. I was horrified so much I had to leave as it was like scraping my soul and culture out of the top of the glass. If they learned to pour a Guinness then it would have been a very nice experience, instead it's a horror story I'll be telling...
