Tried calling twice with no answer, I'm a little annoyed, but whatever. I walk over to grab a pizza bowl, and the only poor overworked dude in the kitchen says he's got orders an hour out! No wonder he couldn't answer ? So I said yo man don't even trip, I'll go somewhere else, I don't wanna add to it and walk out. He comes outside real quick and says I'll push yours through really quick, don't worry! What a legend, dude! The pizza bowl came out delicious! Plenty of cheese, toppings, and sauce! Get the brother with the dreads a damn raise already! He really in there putting in work!

Marcos use to be my favorite pizza but the last few times I order there is always an issue. I tried to order through Uber eats but there is no option for extra sauce. I called the store was asked to hold and then say on hold for 5 mins and then the phone started ringing no stop. I hung up and called again but the person answering wanted to put me on hold again. I told him I’m just calling to ask a quick question about my already placed order. He said I would need to hold for 25 mins. I asked for a manager he was no help either. Therefore, I cancel my order. I know that I will be unsatisfied if my pizza comes out without extra sauce. I find it hard to believe that nobody could listen to my request and make that change even if you have to charge extra for it. It just seems like over the last few years, Marco Pizza on Overton just isn't the same anymore.

I've loved Marcos ever since my first time going. Beats Pizza Hut and Domino's. My one and only complaint is the sauce. I love the white sauce on my pepperoni magnifico, but when I ask for it, it states "no sauce," then says white sauce. I suggest this is changed, especially on the app, because the person on prep table is going to stop at "no sauce." This has happened many times now where I get no sauce. I'd order more if I had more confidence this wouldn't happen.

I went here to grab a pizza with my children right when they opened and it was an overall great experience. The individual that greeted me was extremely friendly and helpful. Even offered me an extra seat for waiting. The pizza came out faster than i thought it would and it was quite amazing. Very crisp with each bite. I was really happy with the overall service and food from this Marcos and will definitely come here again.

The man cutting pizzas falling asleep while I went in to get my supposed to be curbside pickup, they didn't do my cheesey bread so I had to wait another 10 minutes, I had already been waiting for 45 minutes with no notification that the pizza was done. Normally their quality and service is better, today was the worst I have delt with from them, especially the dude passing out while he's working cutting pizzas almost falling over was way out of hand. Send that dude home in an Uber for safety he doesn't need to be driving home like that.
This review gets 5 stars for one reason, Evan R., the delivery guy. The pizza was 30 minutes late (and we had guests over). He called his manager (who didn't answer his call, the store hung up on me once and then didn't answer twice before he arrived.) Evan R. then went to the store and called me back and offered to remake the order. He personally made replacement and threw in some brownies and a 2 liter. When I was talking to him the first time he came to deliver I also mentioned a note to that we asked to have the pizza cut in triangles the last three times we ordered. It was never done. When he called me back this was not mentioned. However when my new pizza arrived it was cut this way. Evan R. deserves a raise and a promotion. He does the right thing the right way when he controls the details. This pizza is our favorite delivery pizza but I was ready to never go there again. Evan R. . . . BRAVO!

So I don’t eat much pizza anymore but when I do Marcos is my go to. The issue is the inconsistency with food quality and failure to read instructions. They continue to give me ranch when it says no Ranch and no pizza sauce. I want garlic sauce and often don’t get it.I’m also a delivery driver tipper but when I get my pizza that is doused in sauce and cheese bread lacking cheese and doesn’t look normal size it’s upsetting that I’m looking out for the company but they are not looking out for me.I guess this is my sign to start making pizza at home like I do everything else.i just wanted to treat my daughter. Get it together y’all
