Ordered via Uber Eats and the restaurant left out a whole sandwich in the sealed order. I stopped eating McAlister’s quite a while ago due to the quality of the food had declined. Decided to try them again and same outcome…the quality and taste of the food is not there. Very disappointing. Will not eat again. Uber Eats delivery is always prompt and efficient though.
Ordered Catering for work. They arrived over an hour early, which caused sandwiches to be soggy. Everything is literally thrown together. Spent over $200 and assorted chips means, assorted chips. We all got same chips and let's talk about the cookies and bread, hard as rocks. And none of the boxes told you what they were, all you had to do was check the box. Instead I had to open ever single sandwich to see. EXTREMELY UNHAPPY. ITS A ZERO STARS FOR ME.
