Location: McDonald’s – John Peter Smith Hospital Address: 1500 South Main St, Fort Worth, TX
I had a very unpleasant experience at this McDonald’s location due to the supervisor’s behavior. I simply asked a question about the difference between ordering a meal and ordering items separately, and I politely requested that my fries and nuggets be served hot.
Instead of responding professionally, the supervisor became rude and dismissive. She then began speaking to other shift crew members in Spanish while looking directly in my face, talking trash about me in Spanish, not knowing I understood it all, because I was bilingual, which I found extremely disrespectful. Whether intentional or not, it created an uncomfortable and unprofessional environment. Fort Worth is a diverse city, and there are many bilingual customers no one should be made to feel talked about or disregarded.
This behavior showed a lack of class, poor leadership, and very low customer service standards, especially for a supervisor. I expect better professionalism, respect, and courtesy from management staff, particularly in a hospital setting where customers are already under stress.
I hope corporate management addresses this issue and provides better customer service training for supervisors at this location.

If you are walking .google maps will direct you to the east side of the building. Thos entrance are only accessible to hospital staff. The front public entrance to the hospital Is on the south side of the building . Your suposed to go in that way then walk to the mcdonalds that is in the hospital

Worst customer service ever. They could care less if they help you or not.. the manager just makes a face if you have a problem with the app to use to get points and the young girl cashier has no clue even what you are referring too. It's always 50/50! What kind of service or food you want there.

More of an issue with Google Maps than this locations misgivings: Can this be set in GPS to not automatically direct people to it? Im not really a fan of raiding a hospital for my morning coffee
Fish sandwich was so small I ate it in 2 bites and costs 5$...didn't like kiosk ordering and they were doing maintenance in the ceiling directly over the makeline were my food was assembled. I don't know if I ate particals falling from the ceiling because of the size of the sandwich and just lack of McDonalds staff care. I'll never eat here again.

Personally, McDonald’s standard is just low. I dont understand how they get orders wrong. I ordered a mcchicken with fries for my son and instead they gave me what seems like it was supposed to be a double cheeseburger but without the buns? Just the pattys itself with cheese on top. They also gave me fries and nuggets. More than what i ordered and sadly i didnt notice til i got home, so my son had to eat just meat , not even a sandwich! Horrible
