Excellent cocktails and ambiance! Very calming and fun.
My husband and I started our anniversary evening at this eclectic little bar and loved it. The bartenders were super friendly and I appreciated the time they put into making our cocktails. Will visit again!
Great small absinthe bar, good service, a nice little hole in the wall bar, but very friendly and personal. Interesting cocktails that have the personal touch.

The bar area serves as a great spot to grab a drink and some snacks, with exceptional craft cocktails being a highlight. The staff are friendly and welcoming, providing top-notch service. The owner is pleasant to meet, and the restaurant offers a unique touch by serving water without needing to ask. It is a wonderful neighborhood bar, perfect for evening relaxation and having conversations with associates. The decor is inviting, especially during the holidays, and the late-night eats include empanadas delivered by chef Kieves. Despite limited parking, Proper remains a great place to enjoy a drink and a friendly atmosphere.
