Stayed at speaker for almost 10 minutes. Car line is just like Whataburger and Jack n the box's. On the exact slow as hell level. THIS IS WHY I COOK AND DONT EAT OUT PICKING UP AN Uber eats order...this makes drivers late as hell. GET IT TOGETHER PEOPLE!!

It seems like the people they hiring nowadays don’t care to read prompts when a customer asks for something to be made a certain way every time I go to this place they get my order wrong putting in complaints to corporate doesn’t make a difference these restaurants need to be shut down at this point this is ridiculous

Every single time I come here employees are in a rush in drive thru. Too busy talking to other employees. Don’t acknowledge you or speak to you m, once again to busy gossiping with other employees. No thank you or have a nice day/night. Always in a rush to get you out of drive thru as it seems they have something better to do than to take care of you-the customer! Never let you finish the order without being rude

The woman at the drive though was rude.i was trying to explain to her I . Major attitude problemhad wanted to round up and she says very rudely no reason to snatch my card back which I had not. Been going here for 3 years have always gotten good service.this one took the case

I got home from getting 2 happy meals, Leticia who claims she was the manager said “they don’t have to tell the customers they are not getting toys when ordering or picking up”. That’s the whole point of a happy meal!!! I got home and found these papers instead, what is a 4 year old kid supposed to do with a magazine page? I told her it would be nice to know I wasn’t getting a toy before arriving home, she said NOTHING. Horrible horrible customer service!
