The food was good but the service and atmosphere were horrible! The driver thru lady was rude.and slammed the window because we asked for ketchup and a cup of water. Stating we had to get back in line to order them through the speaker because everything is automatic.
This McDonald’s is supposed to be open 24 hours, but I came to the store at 4:25 AM and not only was the lobby closed, but both the drive thru lines. This is very unprofessional.
Amazing customer service 👏 👌 top notch I might add i been to many mc donalds locations but this location is by far the best when it comes to customer service and the food is always fresh and well prepared unlike other locations they give you cold old fries 🍟. McDonald's is a popular restaurant that offers a variety of vegetarian options, including salads, oatmeal, and water. The restaurant is designed to cater to customers with dietary restrictions, encouraging them to work with the staff to ensure their meals are prepared correctly. Parking is usually plentiful, although staffing can sometimes be a challenge. It has a kid-friendly atmosphere that is safe and secure, providing a playful environment for children and their mothers. Wheelchair accessibility is also a priority. The staff, including a wonderful Mexican lady at the drive-thru, offers friendly service. Customers appreciate the hot and edible food, such as hashbrowns, French fries, hot fudge, and orange drinks.
Recently, a customer praised Milya for her cheerful personality and ability to brighten days, noting her exceptional service. Despite occasional issues, such as the ice cream machine being out of order, the overall experience at this McDonald's is positive. The customer service is good, nice, quick, and clean for the most part. If an order is wrong or not as fresh as desired, the staff will remake it without issues. There may not be a play area, but the restaurant has a nice-sized open parking lot that connects to other restaurants like Starbucks, Burger King, Panda Express, and Popeyes. McDonald's remains a convenient option for a quick meal or snack, especially for those who use the app to earn points.
