It's the fast food industry and fast food jobs overall don't pay well. So I get not having motivation to there a lot of days. But adding a quarter powder beef patty to my sausage egg McGriddle instead of sausage is an insult to my intelligence you should have just said we don't have the ingredients for what you're asking for please let us refund your money.

DO NOT go here, these people suck!!! Make you wait over 5 minutes to take your order when there is no one else there. Then when you get your order it’s ALWAYS WRONG!!! They need new manager where is always on top of things.

Constantly has broken screens so you can't verify your order and they constantly don't give you a receipt so when they submit it wrong you just have to magically know or hold up the line diving into your bag at the window.
Morning staff is so rude never get my order correct I'm always missing something it's a young guy at the window in the morning never gives me a receipt he's VERY RUDE all of the time get a new job and stop being rude to customers and the morning manager ain't to much better called to complain talk to someone who barely speaks any English please get it together it's just awful then they serve me cold hot cakes & sausage I'm NOT going back

The inside customer service is terrible. They ignore you and act like you’re not even there. They expect you to use those machines and do not want to interact with you. If this is the case make it known McDonald’s. You’re horrible! Once I ordered I had to take the receipt myself cuz the guy just walked away. ??????????? so im just standing here in doubt if and when i should get my order. This is at every McDonald’s like this.
