Service was poor even when I ordered from the app, got told to park when I got there and then got forgotten, went into the lobby and saw my order ready and was told by a young lady with extra long extensions that it wasn't my order. Another picked up the bag and I asked if it was order RM 71, it was. It seemed to be very disorganized in the food prep area, I would find another McDonald's to go to.

Morning staff is so rude never get my order correct I'm always missing something it's a young guy at the window in the morning never gives me a receipt he's VERY RUDE all of the time get a new job and stop being rude to customers and the morning manager ain't to much better called to complain talk to someone who barely speaks any English please get it together it's just awful then they serve me cold hot cakes & sausage I'm NOT going back
