My wife wanted this for her first meal after giving birth to our son. I tried to go through the drive through but they were out of everything I tried to order, so I went inside. It wasn't particularly busy but seemed to be busier than they could handle comfortably. I was pretty bummed with my food on this occasion. The bagels are generally fresh and warm, however this bagel seemed stale and crumbly. There was not much bacon on the sandwich and the bacon that was included was very fatty. The team was friendly and happy to serve each guest.
