Orders are always incorrect or incomplete. Consistently bad customer service. Order a simple sandwich on app waited 20 min on curbside and no one bothered to come out. I had to get out and go inside. The manager said she was trying to get my attention. I don’t understand how if my windows are not open. Poor service from this establishment. Something needs to change. MANAGEMENT!
Two stars only because we haven’t gotten food poisoning. Yet.
Food is standard McD’s, but wasn’t brought to our table or announced to us. So, it was cold.
Every time we come here, counters are dirty, floors are sticky and the play place is unkept. Not sure the last time they cleaned the slide, but my daughter had to walk out. It’s less of a slide and more of a scoot.

The manager Gaby was so kind to our son and the food was fresh & delicious. Thank you for wonderful quick dinner! We will definitely be back to this location.

McDonald's serves good food with fast service, but customer service can be improved. Some employees lack friendliness and fail to express gratitude, making customers feel unwelcome. However, there are exceptional staff members who go above and beyond to provide excellent service, making a significant difference in the overall dining experience. Customers appreciate the quick order taking, but some items may come to you a little expired. The drive-thru staff, especially Andrew, frequently greet customers with a warm smile, ask about their day, and even share friendly conversations, such as discussing sports teams. Andrew's friendly attitude and genuine kindness set a positive tone for visitors, making their experience more enjoyable. Overall, while service can sometimes feel rushed, the staff members like Andrew make a noticeable difference, creating moments of warmth and friendliness that stand out.
